练功十八法保健操

练习时间 (免费) :星期二及星期四 :晚上八点至九点半. 星期天早上十点三十分至十二点

地点:金文泰联络所天台

健身練功十八法保健操,依據「意可導氣,氣可導血」原理,使氣在體內順暢流動,促進血液循環以導出人體的自然治癒力,有病治病,無病則可強健體魄預防疾病,是各界公認改善體質、增加病原抵抗力的殊勝氣功法.

Lian Gong-18 Exercise aim to strengthen the muscles and the coordinate breathing promote intake of oxygen and accelerate the exhailation of carbon dioxide (toxic in our body). The exercises comprises of four unique routines adopted from some Chinese Martial Arts.

The practice sessions (free) are on every Tues/Thurs from 8pm to 9.30 pm and on Sundays from 10.30 am to 12 noon. Venue is Clementi CC roof-top
