Join Clementi Senior Citizens every for a specific execises that strengthen your muscles and joins every Sundays from 1030hrs to 1200hrs. We are at the to floor of Clementi CC.
The execises comprises of six routines. Four routines are variance of Tai Chi and Chi Gong and two aerobic types rotine.
The execises are accompanied with music.
Our members will be there to couch you on the routines.
Besides execises, we also share tips on health related to ageing.
Our groups also organise outings such as walk at Henderson Wave Bridge and Hort Park
